Gold Teller Machine. Rupeek Fintech Pvt Ltd, 2020 — 2021.

Rupeek asked for the front end of a kiosk that ordinary people across India could use to process a gold loan. The design brief resolved into five constraints: understand the gold loan process, demand minimal effort from the user, explore layouts that follow that process, keep the aesthetics sleek, and stay familiar.

Outcome. Rupeek made prototypes and tested their systems. The kiosk project was called off in 2021, probably because of operational overheads.
